Shipping policy
In addition to the shipping timelines, orders take 1-2 days to process (plus an additional day if placed on weekends or holidays). Subject to the following limitations and exclusions, merchandise is delivered to our customers in the continental United States within 3-7 business days after the shipment date. Processing time is 1-2 additional business days after an order has been placed. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. Additional shipping or delivery time may be required for orders involving or containing monogramming, gift card or shoe purchases; delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses; incomplete or incorrect information; denial or delay of payment authorization; or weather or other delays beyond the control of Suit Warehouse.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of purchase in-store or within 30 days of shipment for online orders. Returns after 30 days must be processed in stores and are subject to manager discretion and eligible only to receive in-store credit. Returns of custom orders may be subject to separate terms, provided at the time of custom order placement. Monogrammed items, custom product, personalized or tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned or exchanged product must be the same condition with all tags that customer received. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All refunds must be accompanied by the packing slip, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Free shipping on all exchanges/returns to our Returns Center. Please allow 14 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
